Namaskar from your Communications Chair! Hope all of you had a good restful winter break! I would like to start off this section by thanking Tarang Jain, ASB’s previous Communications Chair for all the work he did over the past three years, coordinating the virtual ASB 2021 conference and successfully helping transition and build the new ASB website!
The ASB Executive Board has been working closely with Podium to ensure that the new ASB website is active, current, and accurate. Some of the highlights of the updated website:
- We have added new sections on Corporate Partnerships, B-SURE program, and GRADE Initiative
- We have also added new information under Memberships, Awards, and added several new programs to the list.

Also, thanks to Evan Dooley (our ASB Student Rep) and Ana Ebrahimi (our ASB Secretary), the ASB Communications team has been using Twitter as the primary social media platform! Be sure to follow ASB using the twitter handle: @AmSocBiomech
