The purpose of the ASB Student Body is to foster connections among ASB-affiliated students and faculty within and across universities. Student chapters are the local sections of this body at represented universities.

Student Chapter of the Month
To celebrate the achievements of our ASB student groups, we are launching a new monthly feature: “Student Chapter of the Month.” Let us know a few highlights from your group such as any fun events, new members or connections, outreach activities, or anything you are excited to share. Feel free to include photos or videos! Once a month, we will choose one chapter to highlight.

The ASB Student Body will provide comprehensive intellectual and professional development among students from a wide range of disciplines that contribute to the field of biomechanics. Networking, collaboration, and discourse throughout the ASB Student Body is essential to the long-term growth of the society as a whole, as future industry and academic leaders will arise from today’s students. It is necessary, therefore, to construct a supportive environment where students of all levels and from all disciplines gain valuable leadership skills, forge new friendships, and foster new collaborative opportunities.
If you would like to start a chapter at your University please reach out to the Student Rep and download the documents below to get started. The ASB Executive Board is accepting applications, via the Student Rep, for student chapters on a rolling basis.
